korea.
i miss listening to my ipod on the subway (line 3), catching up on my zzz's on the bus (
green line), the taxi ajuhshees, instant korean coffee
every morning, my tutor couple who took me in so wholeheartedly like a daughter, buying milk every 3 days at rainbow-mart, buying snacks weekly at grand mart, tuna kimbap at new millenium hall, looking out my window and watching people play ball in the afternoon, struggling to wake up on a saturday and walk to the opposite side of campus for cooking class, exchanging pepero sticks of all sizes and flavors on pepero day, buying all sorts of ice-cream during our KLI breaks (remember corn ice cream?), walking in a downpour after the banquet, watching korean dramas and boybands with my roommate, crazy summer nights where we'd stay out until the crack of dawn, the cities of Myung Dong, Dong Dae Moon, Shinchon, Edae
, Apgu, and Kangnam, luxury noraebang (free all u can eat ice cream and heated floors), bunjee jumping at boondahng, korean class level 3, YonKoJun, looking out my window and seeing the leaves change colors, the 3 security guards, korea's obsession with having everything green tea flavored, my other half jane, ddalgi restaurant and the nice ajumah with the pama, walking through the beautiful campus (especially in the fall), pohjangmatcha (ddukbbogi, kimalee, hohtdduk=yumMo), red mango, sleeping at jjimjjilbang, baedal-ing jjajangmyun at 3 in the morning, watching the LiNK dancers practice hard at night, seeing snow fall for the first time that one cold night, and numero uno on this list: sharing that experience with my friendslast weekend was one of those spontaneous yonsei reunions..
